3 – notify us using the online form, as early as you can

Common Symptoms
- raised body temperature
- cough
- sore throat
- runny or stuffy nose
- headaches and body aches
- chills
- stomach upset, vomiting or diarrhea
- Rash
WTA General Precaution Protocol
Sweat Towels / Spare Shirt/s / Tissues / Hand Sanitiser
Please have always a sweat towel when you come to training. Never share your towel or use someone else’s!
Have a spare shirt/s with you, so that you can change it after extensive sweating, or coughing or sneezing into it.
Have with you hand sanitiser and facial tissues
Coughing and Sneezing
You must cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze.
Dispose of used tissues immediately
If you sneeze into your hand or arm, you are to excuse yourself from training to wash and apply sanitiser or change your shirt.
